We only used the manacles so she wouldn't run away..

Pirate Pete with Charlie Cockatoo n young person
Now I don't know what this young fella's
real name is (below) but I reckons his Pirate Name is 'Shadow'
and we saw plenty of each other today.
By the way, the bucket he's carrying is full of ice.
Now if yer has a little look at this Tug O War it won't be hard to
figure out who won.
Seems to me the girls is heaving like crazy and the boys is taking the
strain without much effort at all....I guess boys must be stronger than girls

These blokes gave Pirate Pete a laugh early in the day after we had
put up two marquees (Pirate Pete's role was mainly observation and
supervision - a tough job but someone had to do it)
They decided the tent pole needed straightening up after the ropes had
been securely lashed to the stakes.
They grunted fer a few seconds and then decided the two inches
they moved it was plenty and there were no chance of the tent falling down.
